Daniel Bongibault is an Associate Appraiser with Link Appraisal Company LLC and has been with the company since its inception in 2001. Daniel received his training through the Real Estate Training Center in 1998 and is a State Licensed Appraiser (AL40015536) in the State of Colorado. Daniel specializes in complex residential appraisals, 2-4 single-family units, small-income properties, plans and specifications (new construction), and vacant land. Daniel has been appraising in Colorado Springs for over five years, throughout the El Paso and Teller County areas, and has recently expanded to the Pueblo County areas. Daniel completed a certificate program in the Architectural Drafting Field from the Pikes Peak Community College in 1987. Daniel has prior experience in structural integrity. This knowledge in construction of single-family dwellings has been a useful tool and benefit in evaluating site improvements, construction cost, and quality of construction. Sandra L. Collins is an Associate Appraiser with Link Appraisal Company LLC. Sandra is a graduate of the University of Central Florida (BA1985). She has been appraising both commercial and residential real estate for fourteen years. Sandra has been with Link Appraisal Company LLC since its inception. Andrew D. Link, Jr., is an Associate Appraiser with Link Appraisal Company LLC. Drew received his training through the Oklahoma Association of Realtors Appraisal Division in 1990 and was a State Licensed Appraiser in the state of Oklahoma with Link Appraisal Company until 1992.  He continued on with Wade-Link Appraisal Company until 1994 when he moved to Colorado Springs in 1994 and became a State Licensed Appraiser (AL0328240) for the state of Colorado.  Drew worked for an appraisal company until 1998 then joined Wells Fargo as a staff appraiser.  He has since moved on to become an independent fee appraiser where he works from the Colorado Springs branch. This branch serves the needs of El Paso, Pueblo and Teller Counties.  Drew has been appraising residential real estate for thirteen years and continues to attend courses and seminars to further enhance his knowledge in appraisal technology.  drew@linkappr.com
